I used the app instead of going shopping here in Kuala Lumpur. Helps me avoid the traffic and get stuff from the stores I always go to.
Very happy, the app is intuitive and does just as it set out to do. I usually order from Grand Lucky because they are pretty on par with what is listed in the app, rarely is something out of stock.
Worth the download.
Some bad moments
I deleted the app because of amount of notifications coming per day are crazy
I have to uninstall the app because it was so disappointing.
1) every time I choose my location for the delivery address, the app keeps on closing. So I decided to choose my office address instead for the delivery address.. it accepted the location and did not closed the app.
2) list of items: limited!
I thought of buying basic needs for first trial but they only have limited items in their list. I looked for bell pepper but they dont have one. I also checked the other categories and it was so disappointing because they only have limited items to offer.
3) app is from robinsons. The list of stores they will provide you are the nearest robinsons stores in your location
I hate having to go to the grocery store, so this app rocks my world! Thank you HappyFresh for making it so darn easy to shop for my groceries! Delivery in one hour or whenever I need it is amazing, and the stuff always arrives fresh and in great shape! Thanks again for saving me so much time! You guys rock!! :)))

I always hate Jakartas traffic. It takes me a lot of time to get to the groceries. Happyfresh saved me a lot of time to provide our daily groceries. They always send us superb quality fresh foods. Kudos!
I tried the app today, but when groceries were delivered I noticed that the company put their own stickers over the price and weight stickers from the grocery store. I peeled a couple of them off, and the store prices paid by the company were 10-20% lower than those charged to me. Even foods that were not priced by weight had stickers that were 10-20% lower than the prices I was charged. There was no official receipt from the store, and no adjustment on the bill based on actual prices. I complained to customer service, because I thought it was a mistake they would correct. Customer service said the overcharging was intentional, and was the company policy to overcharge without disclosing actual prices to customers "to cover overhead." Received an email from customer service denying the overcharging and claiming that all price discrepancy was based on weights, which is obviously a lie.
